Assessment and Development Centres use a blend of simulations, case studies, role plays, business games, presentations, and competency-based interviews to observe behaviour in action. Each centre is structured around defined competencies and supported by trained / certified assessors and objective scoring.
Participants receive integrated feedback that identifies strengths and development areas. The outcomes support promotion decisions, high-potential identification, and targeted development planning.
