  • Communicating with the appointed Point of Contact (POC) for an in-depth understanding of client requirements, organizational objectives, goals, and values.
  • Conducting thorough exploration and survey of the venue in advance to develop Booster Shots activities.
  • Designing and seeking approval from POC to get the artwork, activity props, participants’ takeaways and goodies, etc., ready for the event.
  • Coordinating with multiple agencies for accurate and precise development and set up of activities. We even liaise with clients’ designing agencies, printing agencies, and event management agencies to ensure the success of Booster Shots.
  • Creating awareness of the bite-sized activities to encourage participants to join enthusiastically.
