Frequently Asked Questions about our Outbound Training Programs

At Adventure Crew, we believe experience can be a powerful tool to learn and unlearn. With our custom-built outbound training program, participants take part in collective as well as individualized outdoor/adventure activities to discover their latent talents and face challenges in a safe environment.

All our outbound programs are structured with a goal to enhance a specific set of skills among the participants including communication, team-building, personality development, etc.

Just like any time you decide to hone your skills is a good time, outbound programs are not bound by a season. Adventure Crew can customize the programs depending on the environmental factors and weather challenges to ensure learning never stops.

It can range from a day to five days. Adventure Crew will customize the outdoor educational programs depending on your requirements.

Adventure Crew is a strong and capable team of highly skilled trainers and certified facilitators in the fields of Education, Training and Development, and Human Resources. We assign facilitators depending on the level of the group and ensure that they work effectively towards achieving the goal of the training program and enable the participants to connect, communicate and collaborate.

Adventure-based outbound programs are conducted in the wilderness, but we take enough safety measures to ensure your safety and security. Our facilitators are trained to proactively identify, assess, eliminate and minimize potential risks and hazards. Adventure Crew even reviews and audits the outbound programs for your safety.

At Adventure Crew, our facilitators focus on creating a safe learning environment for our participants. We ensure:

  1. Compliance with local safety norms.
  2. Strict adherence to general safety rules and instructions.
  3. Availability of certified safety equipment and first-aid.
  4. Accessibility to the nearest hospitals to avoid any mishaps.
  5. Provision of personal protective equipment for participants.

We also recommend our participants to follow the dress code mentioned in “Things to Carry” to ensure a safe, enjoyable and educational experience.

While the recommend “List of Things” to carry varies depending on the location and activities you choose, you do not need to carry sports gear, safety equipment, or bedding, to the location. Before every outbound program, we will communicate the list of essentials that you will need to bring with you for a memorable and enjoyable experience.

No matter your age, weight, height, educational background, financial situation, outbound programs can help you to identify your strengths allow you to enjoy a good time with other participants. If you have any specific health condition, please inform us in advance so that we can ensure your safety at all times.

With Adventure Crew, you can be assured of customized and healthy meals options for all participants. Self-cooking may also be a part of the outbound program. If you have any specific preference, please inform us in advance. However, it is important to note that geographical barriers and legal laws may sometimes prevent us in fulfilling your requirements.

To ensure the safety and security of all the participants, Adventure Crew bans the consumption of alcohol, tobacco or drugs of and kinds.

We offer a wide range of accommodation options including AC/Non-AC tents. In a few programs, our participants may put up their own tens under the supervision of our experienced facilitators.

We understand that a few participants may suffer from aquaphobia or acrophobia. There are many other medical conditions that prevent participants from taking an active part in the programs. It is for this reason we do not make any activity compulsory. However, we take all safety measures to ensure your health and well-being. Our goal is to help you identify your strengths and focus on eliminating challenges in a safe and secure environment.

Here are the terms related to rescheduling or cancellation of an outdoor program:

  • One-time program rescheduling is acceptable unavoidable circumstances. However, we inform us at least seven days prior to the scheduled date.
  • Second-time program rescheduling is not permitted under our policy and we will have to consider the program as cancelled. All terms related to cancellation will apply.
  • There are no cancellation fees if you cancel the program 15 days before the scheduled date.
  • If you cancel the program within 15 days of the scheduled date, 1/4th of the fees will be deducted as cancellation fees.
  • If you cancel the program within 10 days of the scheduled date, cancellation fees will be half of the total fees of the program.
  • If you cancel the program within 7 days of the scheduled date, there will be no refund of the fees. A 100% of the fees will be considered as cancellation fees.
